Gepe Technik opened its doors for the first indoor exhibition from April 29th – 30th, 2019. We wanted to let interested parties see first-hand how we as a system supplier are able to combine our three product lines. The unit we exhibited showed a combination of conveyor belts, a dosing feeder and a noise protection cabin. At the Meleghy Automotive Company 90 tons of sheet scrap are transported daily/monthly/yearly, using a Gepe Technik unit, consisting of four conveyor belts. After the project was planned carefully and executed smoothly, the unit with all its different individual parts, designed to meet the customer`s need was put together ahead of time. Dear customers, things keep changing. So do we. The company management decided to give the old GEPE-Technik Logo a new inspiring touch: “Though we wanted to keep the green stripes for our brand recognition, we also wanted to show our customers that we are a growing company with a dynamic team by using fresh colors and an up-to-date style.” The previous five stripes were reduced to three to represent our three product lines: conveyor belts, dosing feeders and noise protection cabins.

Our customer asked us to engineer a non-standard magnetic belt conveyor. In response to that, we come up with a construction plan and installed the unit at the delivery place. Our magnetic belt conveyors grant flow within the production line, consisting of four machines, of which two are running parallel.

Our customer gave us the unique request to engineer a turn’n’dump-unit. In response to that, we come up with a construction plan and installed the unit at the delivery place. The turn’n’dump-unit conveys containers with loose materials to the machine and tilts them, dumping the content.

The construction of the office building and both production halls is completed. Drive-ways and parking lots are looking good, too. So the company is ready to move in December, just as planned.

The building shell for both production halls has been completed. In order to grant a timely move, everything is being done to complete the halls and office building. We are looking forward to moving into the new building soon!
